In two years he petitioned to obtain his Brokers license and went on to get his GRI (Graduate Realtors Institute) and CRS (Certified Residential Specialist). |
What has really peaked his interest has been the joy of combining the needs of people in the home buying and home selling process with technology and the internet.
It results in a better degree of service to those he has worked with in the past and makes the moving process smoother for those he is meeting, both by referral and over the internet.
Patti has been licensed for almost 8 years and provides a good balance with insight into the areas best restaurants (though as a great cook Tom prefers her cooking), the best stores for decorating, clothes, and has that decorators touch.
She also has insight into staging, decor, and making a house a home with wonderful appeal.
She respects your personal taste as you look for homes but is honest and will share her expertise and insight into aspects of a home that may not meet your needs yet appear to be adequate upon first glance. A nicely staged home may cause you overlook too small of a kitchen or poor future furniture placement possibilities.
